This notice explains what happens to the information you provide through the enquiry form, and the rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
The data controller is Scarlett-Reign, trading as Mistress Scarlett-Reign, a sole trader based in Gloucestershire, England.

The details of your interests and limits concern your sex life. Under the UK GDPR this is special category data and is given extra protection in law.
The information is used for one purpose only: to consider your application and respond to it. It is not used to profile you, it is not used for any automated decision-making, and it is not used for marketing unless you separately and explicitly ask for that.
The lawful basis for processing the ordinary personal data is legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you initiated. The basis for the special category data is your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the UK GDPR, given by ticking the consent box on the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and if you do, the enquiry and everything in it will be deleted.
Your submission is delivered directly to a single private mailbox hosted by Microsoft within the United Kingdom and European Union. It is not stored in any database, is not passed to any third-party form service, and is not shared with anyone.
The only other systems involved are the website host, which processes the request in transit without retaining its contents, and the rate-limiting store, which holds nothing but a hashed IP address and a timestamp.
If you tick the optional box asking to be told about availability, a confirmation email is sent to the address you gave. Nothing further is sent unless you click to confirm. Every message sent to you afterwards carries a link to remove your address, which takes effect immediately and without needing to give a reason. You can also withdraw at any time by writing to the address above.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information held about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to have it provided in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Requests are answered within one calendar month and are free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
No unsolicited contact is made with anyone who has not submitted an enquiry. Correspondence is sent only to the address you provide and is written so as not to reveal its subject in the subject line. If you would prefer no email reply at all, say so in your application.
This site sets one cookie, which records that you have confirmed you are over 18 so you are not asked again for 30 days. It contains no personal information and is not used for tracking or advertising.
